Global Fluency Training

Today’s global economy demands that employees at every level interact effectively with people from very different cultural backgrounds to build relationships with colleagues, clients and governments. Organizations that embrace this demand win more within their industry sector and attract the talent needed to drive global initiatives and results.

The Columbus Council on World Affairs offers an introductory training session to build cross-cultural competence for all levels in an organization. CCWA’s sessions focus on experiential learning for participants in facilitated group work activities along with information presentations using video and digital resources.

Session Design

• The introductory session provides a comprehensive framework for understanding how cultures
differ to ensure sustainable cross-cultural acumen as individuals confront the challenges of
interacting with other cultures.
