CCWA Expands Team for Continued Growth

October 19, 2017

On the heels of another record year of growth, the Columbus Council on World Affairs recently promoted Brad Gosche to Vice President, Education and Communications. “Brad’s demonstrated leadership in growing both our Global Scholars Diploma high school program as well as the Global Fluency Training program made this an easy decision. His leadership is matched only by his unwavering commitment to quality and excellence,” says Patrick Terrien, President & CEO.

To support Brad in the Council’s programming growth, CCWA recently welcomed Jenna Azotea, Program Coordinator, to its Education Team. Jenna brings a passion for global education, combined with international teaching experiences to the team and has previously served the Council as a dedicated and committed volunteer for the Global Scholars Diploma program. Jenna joins a dynamic team of professionals already bringing global fluency to the central Ohio community and beyond.

In addition to building up its capacity for delivering expanded programming, CCWA is also building its resources for sustainable growth. Bushra Sandhu recently joined CCWA as its first Relationship Manager, ensuring the cultivation and stewardship of donors, customers and identifying new revenue sources. Bushra is multilingual—having varied levels of experience with English, Punjabi, Urdu, Arabic, and Spanish—and brings a wealth of experience in identifying resources to drive change and help make communities better.
