Global Fluency Training

Global Fluency Training

As part of our mission to increase global competence and understanding, the Columbus Council on World Affairs is pleased to offer Global Fluency Training in a new, virtual format. As our country reckons with the harmful impacts of racism throughout our society, Global Fluency Training is one way for individuals to learn about the role culture plays in all interactions and to increase understanding between people of different racial and ethnic identities. Whether your work is global in nature or you are engaged with the diversity of your local community, this training provides the knowledge and skills to communicate and work more effectively across cultures. Global Fluency Training is for anyone seeking to gain a deeper understanding of others and develop practical skills for communication, relationship building, leadership, and collaboration with people of all cultures. As employers look for creative ways to support their employees, now is a perfect time to pursue this personal and professional development opportunity.
