Global Scholars Update: Working with Community Partners

In January, the Global Scholars Diploma program partnered with Community Refugee and Immigration Services (CRIS). Volunteers from CRIS led our Level 2 students through a cultural simulation that focused on building awareness around some of the barriers that New Americans face.

Highlight on a Global Scholar

Brooklin Williams is a senior at Marion Harding High School and a third year Global Scholar student.  As a third-year student, Brooklin is required to complete a Take Action project as the capstone piece of the Global Scholars Diploma program. The Take Action projects are executed independently by Global Scholars students with the guidance of a CCWA advisor.
